In connection with construction and housing, we naturally also represent property developers and their clients, draw up property development contracts and take over the correspondence in the event of any questions regarding the progress of construction, rights of rescission, contract drafting & Co. In addition, we are happy to advise you in matters of tenancy and housing law, such as the review and drafting of tenancy agreements, in questions of tenant protection, as representation in termination and eviction proceedings, as well as in the review of costs on the part of the tenant.
